Kamal Kumar Mittal, (Chairman & Managing Director) an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata is the Chairman and Managing Director of the PCM Group of Industries. An Iconic figure, Mr. Mittal holds several key positions on various regulatory and professional boards. He initiated PCM journey from PCC Electric Pole manufacturing into Railway Sleeper and further into Steel, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, tea production and plantation, power generation and media.

Mr Mittal’s achievements have been acknowledged at national and international levels. In his career span of over 30 years Mr. Mittal has been a role model for many and it comes as no surprise that he has been awarded the prestigious CAPEXIL and Entrepreneur of the year award by the Honorable Commerce Minister, Government of India.

Mr. Mittal was also the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) of North Bengal Chapter, Chairman of the North Bengal Tax Free Zone Committee and he acts an advisor to the Regional Advisory Committee of Indirect Taxes and the Regional Provident Fund Committee. He is the Chairman of Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Siliguri the premier Training Institute of India.

Mr. Mittal established new benchmarks in public private partnership to promote social housing sector. Mr. Mittal is a diehard believer in the collaborative way of doing business and in pursuit of achieving excellence. Apart from corporate pursuits, Mr. Mittal also fulfills his social responsibility towards the society at large and that makes him known to the mass not as a Corporate Tiger taking fierce boardroom battles head on but as a respected philanthropist.

In addition to their excellent entrepreneurial tradition the Mittal family has also been keenly involved in the promotion of arts, both performing and visual, apart from discharging its social responsibilities towards the underprivileged sections. The family has promoted a football academy in Jalpaiguri town of West Bengal in India with Prestigious Mohan Bagan Club. This Residential Academy will give training to aspiring football players. Beside this the family has build several schools and colleges in the region.

Mr. Mittal believes in the people power concept and therefore in his free time he would be most often found spending time with his employees and discussing the dynamic corporate arena and would more often than not be found quoting “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read & write but those cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.”

Niranjan Mittal, Director of PCM Group has implemented all major projects of the Group in record time frame. A man of less words and more work he is instrumental in developing new project. He is pioneer in the field of Construction and Mechanical technology. Under his able guidance the Group has undertaken major Projects in Construction, Real Estate, Sleeper, pole and Steel plants. An Alumnus of prestigious Hansraj College, Delhi University he has held many important positions in number of social and sports institutions.

Anand Mittal, the Director of PCM Group is in helm of affairs at Sleeper, steel, pole manufacturing and tea production in PCM Group. An alumnus of Calcutta university he started his career in early age. With his deep experience and intensive Expertise, he provides significant insight for our operations, strategy, and identity in the market. He is extremely passionate about people and dedicates a substantial share of his time to mentor staff and help them hone their professional skills. An innovative strategist, he has pioneered many unique corporate concepts.

Nishant Mittal at the young age has earned laurels for his outstanding performance in field of Industry. Nishant is also on the board of PCM Alloys Steel Pvt Limited, which is engaged in manufacturing of Railway Inserts. He is now heading the media and steel division of PCM Group of Industries. He has set a national record as youngest Radio CEO of India. This record has been confirmed by India Book of Records. An alumnus of Manchester Business School Nishant is heading Radio Misty operations in Siliguri and Sikkim. With BBC and Radio Netherlands worldwide as partners Radio Misty is known for its innovative shows and ground activities. Radio Misty has become a household name in North Bengal and Sikkim. Now Under the able leadership of Nishant PCM Group, the promoters of Radio misty are exploring new avenues in Electronic and Print Media. He was awarded in the International Literary conclave for promoting, music and culture. He had the privilege to address many International and National Symposium on Radio Industry.

Saurav Mittal, Director looks after PCM Alloys Steels Pvt. Ltd. and PCM Tea Processing Pvt. Ltd. He takes care of the management and operations of the company. He is also attached to the financial aspect in terms of managing and regulating the cost of the product and running the units efficiently. He has also been given part assignment to understand and evaluate the possibilities of increasing efficiency for the Abu Dhabi unit of PCM Strescon Overseas Venture Ltd. (Member of PCM Group of Industries), which is executing a railway project for Etihad Rail PJSC. He is an alumnus of Penn State University, USA.
