PCM Hydel Power Corporation Ltd. was established in the year 2005. The Company is engaged in setting up a Small Hydro Electric Project Chel-I (7.5 MW) at Gorubathan, Dist. Darjeeling, as allotted by the ‘West Bengal Renewable Energy Development Agency’ (WBREDA), a nodal agency for The Department of Power Government of West Bengal. Later its capacity will be increased to 9MW. The second Hydro Electric Project is of 2 MW over Barbati Khola & Rambi Khola River.
